So as you’ve noticed we haven’t posted in a while. Due to unforeseen circumstances our main beekeeper has had to return to working for a company instead of working for himself. Therefore, we will no longer be setting up and selling honey anywhere we will have some in the honor box on Lantz Ridge when we have it available. We will be changing the page a bit because his wife is starting a freeze drying business to sell at craft and vendor shows throughout the area. That being said the first one will be the 11th at the Kingwood Olympic center starting at 9 she will have freeze dried ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, skittles, caramel apple pops, and several other candies available!

Have you tried our whipped honey yet? If so let us know what you think.
We have 2 batches going for selling this weekend we will have plain & cinnamon infused whipped honey available. It is a MUST try. Here’s a few things we’ve learned in the whipped honey adventure:
1)It has the same consistency as marshmallow fluff and is a great alternative to it!
2)It needs to be stored in a dark cabinet if left in sunlight it will separate and return to liquid honey.
And
3)It taste amazing on bagels, biscuits, & cornbread (that’s all we’ve tried so far but this is by far one of if not the favorite type of honey in our house now!)
