This lamp came to me while walking through a thrift store. The lamp is made from 126 individual pieces not including the shade. I like the way the lamp looks lit. My computer fought me. I couldn't get the lit picture to post. The shade is made from Cherry and really looks good with light going through. I'll keep trying to load the lit picture. I especially like the proportions of the entire unit. I got the picture of the lit lamp to work.

I tried posting the picture of this shelf unit before but something went wrong so I will try again. It is a custom made unit that takes up an entire wall in a home office, Each piece is made individually and assembled on site. The young lady I made this for and her mother painted the pieces before assembly. A piece like this could be yours. Get in touch with me if interested.

I made the following clock out of solid Walnut. It is approximately 11 inched wide and about 12 inches high. I especially like the grain of the wood. It looks good in the pictures but it really pops in person. This clock would look good on a mantel or on a desk. It would also make a terrific Christmas present. Get in touch with me for details.

I can't help making lamps. This one is a veneer shade with a gold leaf over blue base. I personally like this one a lot. It goes into a craft sale on November 22nd if not sold before then. Let me know if you have any interest. Thanks

Another lamp has popped up from my creative (?) mind. The lamp is a combination of oak, spalted maple and walnut. The lamp shaft is something new for me. It is oak strips which have been layer and glued. I made a jig for it and put the pieces into the jig. This allowed the oak to be bent thus resulting in the cured shaft. The shade is made from maple veneer. I think I will try this technique again but with different wood, probably mahogany and some more accentuated curves. I hope you like it.

My latest lamp. I wish I could tell you what type of wood it is but I'm not sure. The shade is maple. The lamp is Cherry at the top and Oak for the base. The middle of the lamp is a mystery. It is a hard wood but that is as much as I know about it. While working on it a gentleman from the neighborhood stopped by to see what I was doing. He liked it so much that he bought it before it was done. I thank him.

This is a small table that would look good next to a chair or sofa. I bought a live edge piece of Elm. I wasn't quite sure what to do with it. Then while looking at it one day I thought it would make a nice table so that is what it became. It has a unique look with the top having a different looking grain pattern. It's for sale if anyone is interested.

This is an unusual clock. It is made from Box Elder wood. The lovely grain is all natural. The only enhancement is the addition of polyurethane which highlights the colors in the wood. The base is made from the circular cutout where the suspended clock mechanism resides.

A new lamp. This lamp is made from canary wood for the lamp shaft with an oak base stained dark walnut. The shade is made from birch with cherry highlights in the inserts. The shade is 15 inches across. I really like the proportions of the shade to the lamp. This would look good no matter where it would be used in your home or office.
