We have been servicing the south east for over five years. In addition to serving cars we also service boats RVs golf carts in the fleet vehicles. We are looking to network with experienced technician to install car stereos, speakers, navigation, Bluetooth, amplifiers, subwoofers OEM integration alarm and remote starters. The right technicians will have; valid drivers license, reliable transportation, drug free, great communication, skills have his or her own tools and or the ability to purchase the correct tools needed for the position.
Qualifications: this position is primarily responsible for the installation of mobile electronics into customers vehicles. Also ensure each customer receives the highest level of support. You must ensure work is performed to the highest standard and all scheduled appointments are met. This position requires excellent customer service skills and professionalism at all times. Outdoor work required regularly in all weather conditions. This position requires automotive or electrical/electronics Experience.
Responsibilities: Ensure high quality installation to new and existing customers. Provide exceptional level of maintenance, troubleshooting and support for existing customers, in a punctual and effective manner. Provide continuous, well presented and informal customer care, whenever possible, meeting all customers requirements and queries and solving all customer problems on site. Monitor and verify that all paperwork is completed accurate and provide one as timely basis when required, provide backup support to other installations and service personnel. Qualification attention to details along with strong problem-solving skills punctuality mandatory good communication skills oral and written. Tools technicians are required to have their own basic 12 V installation tools technicians are expected to communicate with office on a regular basis if there is a problem it needs to be communicated back to office. Start time is bearable depending on the days work details. Due to the Nature of the business technician for me to be expected to take appointments open until 6 PM
