We’re looking for a motivated and personable Receptionist / Inside Sales & Inventory Assistant to be the welcoming face of our office while also supporting sales and inventory operations. This role is perfect for someone with a positive, friendly attitude who enjoys interacting with people and keeping things organized.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and callers with professionalism
Support inside sales activities, including client communication and order processing
Assist with managing inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
Maintain product listings and stock levels on our website
Provide general administrative support to the office team
Qualifications
Friendly and professional communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy
Ability to learn and work with inventory management systems and website updates
Prior receptionist, sales support, or inventory experience preferred
A team player who brings a positive energy to the workplace
