If the weather will cooperate, we can start to garden. Remember, it's the soil temperature that is important for seed germination. Most cool season seeds prefer soil temps. above 55 degrees. You can also start your tomato seedlings indoors starting this week. Wait until the end of the month to start your pepper plants.
