I decided to sell Avon when my son was born. Due to very unfortunate circumstances, I missed out on a good portion of my daughter's childhood. I knew that I wanted to, NEEDED to, spend every possible moment with my child and going back to my retail job was out of the question. Out of the many direct sales companies out there, I chose Avon for kind of a silly reason. The prices were so great and I

thought it would be easiest to sell in the current economy. I have since come to actually love the products myself which lit a fire within me that I thought had long burnt out. I grow more confident every day and that is priceless. I've also discovered just how much I enjoy helping others find their fire. It's such a great feeling to watch other women start to show their newfound confidence through posts on social media after buying Avon products. I know exactly how they feel and it warms my heart that I was a helping hand in that. My goal is not to become a top grossing Avon representative. My dream is to have enough income to start flipping furniture. I see the beauty underneath the blemishes and aging in a piece of old furniture and I love the task of bringing it back to life. Ironically, I think my passion with selling Avon accurately aligns with my passion for rehabbing furniture. I hope to be able to help hundreds of people feel better while following my dream, all the while, spending the most important moments, at home, with my family.
