TSCA/BWSC STATE SHOW Participants

If you plan on taking a recreational vehicle to the State Show for the weekend, it MUST be registered and ID number issued to display on it while on the Fairgrounds property.

So l will need the following information before Tuesday August 5th to turn into the TSCA to get it registered:
1. Club Member Name
2. Vehicle Type (Golf Cart,Gator,
Scooter,Mule,Etc)
3. Make and Year (Polaris,Cricket
Kubota, Etc)
4. Color
5. Tag #, VIN #, Serial # or Model #
NO RAZORS ALLOWED

Hey Horse Show Family and Friends🐴

It's Friday, July 25th, Bearwallow Saddle Club will be having a show. Show starts at 7:30. The arena is in good shape and the weather is nothing but sunshine☀️and beautiful.

This is our last point show before the State Show, so come ride and get those last points. State Show sign up meeting will be July 31st at 7:30 here at the arena. The point book will be on the table tonight at the sign up window and updated through last show on the 11th. You must be present to sign up for State and have all the required paperwork to turn into me.

Spectators are welcome. Concessions available. Hope to see you there. Please share.

State Show Sign Up
Friday, July 31st at 7:30
At the Arena

It’s getting close for signups!!! With that being said make sure you have a copy of your up to date coggins good thru Sept. 1st. (Make sure they are readable) we cant send coggins not readable no exceptions!!!

Each class will $7.00 and we will have arm bands to purchase as well, if you dont get one you can buy them at the gate but they will be a little higher at the gate!!

Make sure you have paid for your stalls and camp sites. If you haven’t done this you need to contact Kelli Dunn and get your things paid for here is her address

As of 4:30 it hasn’t rained @ Bearwallow Saddle Club. Show is still on for 7:30pm. Will post here if anything changes. Share!
