It can’t all be about woodworking. I’m getting ready to make Thanksgiving dinner. The first Thanksgiving since my daughter has been off the college! I love to cook and I’m brining my turkey this year. That little black box is the thermostat to@make sure it doesn’t get above 40 degrees. For those that celebrate turkey day, what’s your favorite dish for the holiday?

I’ve removed about a 1/16 of an inch. Tomorrow I’ll be sanding it down to a smooth finish.

It’s curing nicely. The mica settling into the grooves. Tomorrow I will flatten it out.
