Modelhom (formally Model Home Furnishings) began in September of 2002 when the housing market began it's historical rise. With help from good friends, an effective business model and hard work, MHF was off and running. By 2003, we knew we had a viable business and committed to a humble 1500 sq ft building in Nipomo, CA. In 2004, we incorporated and while we continued to work with builders and desi
gners, our direct residential business was thriving and we quickly outgrew our space. In 2005, we moved to a much larger space in Grover Beach, CA where we reside today. In 2008, a second location was added in Paso Robles, CA but as the economic downturn was affecting certain markets, we recognized the need to consolidate back to one location and refocus on providing great service at our primary location. In 2012, discussions began to rebrand our business to reflect not just our product offering but our exceptional relational service. We also wanted to create a more simplified company name that was unique but still closely tied to our original name. In 2013, Model Home Furnishings was renamed Modelhom (and modelhom.com) and continues to serve clients both locally and statewide. Our Services Include:
