Position: High-End Outdoor Patio Furniture Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their outdoor furniture needs and preferences.
- Showcase high-end outdoor patio furniture products to customers in a knowledgeable and enthusiastic manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the perfect furniture pieces for their outdoor spaces.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, trends, and industry developments to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing merchandise.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in furniture or home decor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of outdoor furniture materials, construction, and care is a plus.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
-Starting wage $22/hr, plus spiffs and quarterly bonuses
-35+ hours a week
-design industry exposure and experience
