It’s been a long pause... but I’m back it and these two lovelies are up in the batters box warming up for the big game (i.e. prep time). Can you tell I’m ready for baseball season ⚾️🤣

Warming up (prep work) is critical to a proper job and best results. These two are getting a TSP bath to remove any oils, dirt & gunk, and then some sanding and a wipe down before they get a nice new clean look.

Theses two pieces have been well loved but it’s time to bring them back to glory. It’s hard to see but they are currently an antique white (yellowish white) the chest is heavily distressed and they have quite a bit of marking and wear. Their owner would like to freshen them up to a crisp white to better match their new surroundings. Stay tuned to see how they turn out.

She was milk painted in a soft blue color, very lightly distressed for a slightly worn look and then white waxed to bring depth.
