Some hardware that i made last week to get the three lower doors running. Sent a part fly like a helicopter on the drill...

Some hardware that i made last week to get the three lower doors running. Sent a part fly like a helicopter on the drill press and screwed up the press fit. (two parts actually… had to make sure it wasn’t a fluke😂) Solution was to braze the pins in place. Let’s just say that it’s a new skill… put way too much filler in and it totally made a mess of the part. Had to file it all back.

Second panel is on but not fully fit yet. The second panel will also receive some custom hardware to keep it in the track. Sooo much hardware in this dang cabinet. I’ve cut 26 mortises for hardware so far and i’ve got 8 more to go😵‍💫

First half of the bi-folding door. This hangs on normal L hinges. Hopefully i’ll get the second piece hung tomorrow!

Finally all glued up after a couple set backs. Currently working the glass frame that will enclose the turntable compartment. Next week I will be making and fitting doors. Hopefully all goes to plan as i only have three weeks left 💀
