So this is a little project we started a few weeks ago right before the weather turned off really cold. We got the old slate and decking ripped off and new decking laid and sealed up but had to wait for the temps to come back up before laying the tile. We finally got to come back out Monday and get started on the tile and got it grouted today. Still have to put trim and railing back up but definitely an improvement on this patio.
