Welcome to Hardy | Remote Renovation-Ready Layout Planning
As a former contractor turned independent layout consultant, I bring practical, trade-aware expertise to your home remodel. I design detailed 2D and 3D floor plans remotely—ensuring your space is not only visually appealing but structurally feasible to execute before a builder ever touches a wall.
Why Focus on Layout and Scope Before Finishes? The hardest part of remodeling isn't choosing tile—it's making buildable decisions that respect real-world constraints. I focus entirely on traffic flow, functional clearances, and the exact trade-aware placements that impact your framing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
What You Get:
• Detailed Floor Plans: Precise 2D footprints for appliances, fixtures, and cabinets.
• Visual 3D Representations: Clear renderings to bring your layout to life.
• Contractor-Ready Documentation: Written notes to keep your project scope clear, reducing rework, delays, and costly layout mistakes.
(Note: This is not stamped permit engineering drawings. Lenders and contractors will field-verify measurements and site conditions before ordering).
Fix your layout digitally when it's cheap—not behind drywall when it costs thousands to tear out.
