This one’s a special project 🤍
A vintage cottage bedroom set I’m currently restoring for a long-held Bolton Landing property — pieces that have remained with the home for generations.
While the original painted finish and florals have their own history, this set is getting a full transformation. It will be refinished in a rich, classic red with hand-painted pinecones and sprigs — a design chosen to better reflect the ADK character of the home it belongs to.
Projects like this go beyond refinishing… they’re about taking something with history and thoughtfully giving it a new chapter while still honoring where it came from.
I’ll be hand-painting all of the detailing on this one, and I can’t wait to bring it to life 🌲

These began as a solid cherry desk and were thoughtfully reimagined into a matching pair of nightstands—blending timeless craftsmanship with a fresh, elevated finish.

Painted in a soft rosemary green and paired with warm cherry wood tops, they offer that perfect balance of classic and modern. The Queen Anne legs and fluted detailing give them a refined, high-end look that stands out from typical mass-produced furniture.

Each piece is solid cherry wood with original dovetail drawers and has been fully refinished inside and out, including floral-lined drawers for a polished, finished touch.

Dimensions (each): 17.25” deep, 15.25” wide at the widest point, and 29.75” tall.
