Delivered this table tonight to Mandy Bailey Nifong, and Andy Nifong. This table is reclaimed wood from a local barn, hand hewn barn beam legs and a 2 in thick maple top from a primitive bulk grain storage shed. This is the “peace table”, it gave peace to me while I worked on it ( while our world was facing a pandemic) and my hope is that it will bring peace, unity and togetherness to a great family, for years to come! Thank You!

Tonight I received these pictures from David’s Courage. I cannot thank Greg and Kelly Erickson enough for allowing me to do this build and for this tribute. They are true servants to the lord with a mission to make a better world. Thank you! Inspiration for this project came David’s Courage mission and from self reflection.

The following is a snippet of a devotional I read which started this project.

“I am far from perfect. I sometimes find it hard to believe that God really loves me – especially when I mess up, fail or make bad mistakes.
God knows that perfect people do not exist. We all fail. God’s love for you is bigger than your mistakes. God loves imperfect people.”

Delivered this hefty table and wooden cross to its new home today! This was made for David’s Courage, what a great ministry for our county! This project was called: imperfect perfection a reflection, both pieces are a rustic design with natural imperfections, hand hewn barn beam legs, maple side rails and a reclaimed planked white ash top. The cross was made from very old weathered poplar siding. Thank you Greg and Kelly Erickson for letting me make this for you and most of all for your efforts in making David’s Courage a reality!!
