This week was a busy week. Roof wash and coating, slide topper installation, couple dewinterizations and one found quite a few broken things from the previous owner not winterizing the unit properly. Replaced some bad spots in Park model floor along with slide room exterior seals, repaired a broken slide out motor, chased some electrical issues and got them sorted out. Repaired a leaking grey tank and hot water tank, then replaced some gutter rail and patched some holes in the roof from a tree that fell on the unit. Here's an older montana 5th wheel that needed a good wash and scrub. This one took some extra time and elbow grease but it turned out awesome after a good power wash, brush scrub and rinse. Thanks Skip for letting us detail the outside of your unit and trusting us to make it look clean and shiny once again. What a busy week. Between colder temps and a good bit of rain we managed to get a lot of jobs done this week. Here are pictures of our busy week. Propane leaks, multiple furnace issues, carbon monoxide detectors, a few toilet jobs, bearing packs and brake checks, waste water tank cables gate valves, roof and body inspections and reseals, roof wash and UV treatment and now offering full exterior detailing. Had an emergency furnace call and got them up and going. This was an inside furnace pull as no outside access was available. Had to disassemble some wood stile and trim to gain access. Once inside we found the problem, a bad relay on the control board. Replaced the board blew out and vacuumed the furnace out and the surrounding area. Reinstalled the furnace,stile and back in action. Thanks Kevin for reaching out and letting us handle to keep you camping. Give us a call to book your upcoming service work and repairs.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of our customers, past and present. We are thankful for each and every one of you. We just finished our second full season and we wouldn't have been successful without you. The customer had some previous water damage before they recently purchased the unit. They had a nice covered canopy built over the roof and deck to cover everything and stop any further damage. We removed 2 collapsed ceiling panels and 5 half rotten roof trusses. Turned out very nice and looks better than the original. The customer will have us back in the spring to address the bad decking to eliminate the mold and rotten wood. Get ahold of us if you need some water damage repairs. We are booking for the winter months now for rebuild work so customers have no down time. We do interior and exterior work, floors, walls slides, roofs and just about any other structure work. Water damage remediation and full customizing. Give us a call today winter work slots are filling fast but we do have some availability left.

We have been very busy in the back half of the season. So many jobs and not enough time in the day. It's a constant battle between family time and work and the family usually gets the short end of the stick. They go days to weeks without seeing me as it's just part of the business. I am the only guy out there doing the work and sometimes my customers have to wait weeks for me to get to them and we appreciate their patience and business. We get a lot of calls or texts hoping I can get there today to help them. I try my best and try really hard but there are people and problems I probably just can't get to immediately and will have to wait. It's just the way it is being in business for yourself and juggling workload and finding balance. We appreciate every single customer and even non customers who may just refer me or say hey I know a guy cause without you guys we wouldn't be in business. I just wanted to take the time out to thank each and everyone of you who allow me to do what I love to do and make us successful. Here is a grey tank job we did yesterday for a great customer of ours. We have been helping them out the last 2 seasons. Thank you Gary and Ann for your continued business and allowing us to service your 5th wheel.

So we had a customer that requested us to install a roof coating as they didn't want any roof leaks and wanted the roof to be virtually maintenance free. While prepping to coat the roof we found a good sized soft spot and brought it to their attention. The spot was pretty close to the front AC unit and thinking possibly the gasket was bad we removed the AC to inspect where the leak was coming from. Well it turns out it was a small hole that the manufacturer probably put in the membrane while installing the AC when it was being assembled. It went undetected for years and caused a bad soft spot. We also installed a slide topper and spot sealed the exterior body. Thank you Jill Ensminger Maryniak for allowing us the opportunity to help you guys and trust us with your home away from home.

It's been busy this summer and I have been slacking on my updates. Here is a slide roof we replaced late last week. Thanks Maureen for allowing us to help you with your slide room roof leaks. It will be nice and dry in there now and no more water intruding in. In case you can't tell from the pictures it was a waterfall inside when it rained.
