Cleaned up some old ceramic tile in the Winter Park, FL area. We were called out to refresh the homeowner's floors before the home was sold. We found color seal, which is a 50/50 debate among professionals: is it worth applying to your grout?

On a case-by-case basis, you can make it look great. If there is no maintenance behind it, you’ll likely cause issues in the future with patches or with areas that will have a light application versus others that may have more.
