Wanted to give you all an update on how my recovery is going.
I am GREAT!
My therapists were blown away when I saw them this week. Hard works pays off.
I have have made amazing progress in the last months. I did get the glasses with prisms and blue lenses. The blue tint helped with my light sensitivity, it is mostly gone. The prisms helped with my balance problems, that is better! I only needed them for a month, what a game changer. I can drive again!!
I am still in therapy. I have problems using my eyes. So I work hard on my eye exercises everyday, keep to my healthy whole food eating, walk/workout and have a positive attitude.
The shop is changing!
I will not be taking any custom orders and I will not be painting. I am alright with that. You know the saying, “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.” This is where the perspective comes in. What the shop offers and looks like will be different but it will still be a fun, cute shop. I will have project pieces for those of you who like to paint or refinish furniture. I will have pieces that do not need to be worked on. I will have more vintage decor, I am working on expanding that area for you.
