Don't be the Negative Nancy, Karen, Ken etc.... and ruin it for everyone. You my friend do not have to shop here or bash people you do not know.
I DON'T HAVE to do good for our community I CHOOSE TO.
This is completely done for people to have something to do, if I make a little to pay the bills and rebuy then I don't see the issue.
It is rumored that we keep the good things out of the bins and put it on our shelves.... I've explained this 1,000 times, literally. I knew this day would come and of course I haven't seen the post and of course they won't come see me directly with any issues.
THE PROCESS EXPLAINED......
We buy large galore boxes of undeliverable and return packages, mostly unwrapped, some are in regular plain packages some in retail packaging. Some have descriptions, some don't. We DONT know what's in the boxes EVER! We see what's on top and that's it.
We get these boxes Thursday around 4pm and dump them in the bins it takes about 6 hours to dump. If we hear something rattle and sounds broken we trash it. most boxes are not labeled. I don't have time to go through each and every box to check the goods. If i did that, I would do nothing but retail, get paid for my time and it would take me days to process not 6 hours. We have had large ticket items go out and I don't know half of what leaves unless someone tells me about it at check out or if I'm out and about in town and someone tells me what they found, or their friends find. I DON'T PULL "GOOD" ITEMS and put them on the shelf. I'VE said it 100 times we buy a smaller wholesale box of amazon that is much higher and guaranteed to work and put THOSE ITEMS on the shelf. Those retail items are absolutely for making a profit. If we bought nothing but retail items then everyone would have to travel to McAlester, Atoka, the city, Sherman to go to a BIN Store.
Big Ticket Items are not "missed" they are in the galore boxes it goes in the bins no matter what it is.
Items that I know went out on check out:
4 iPhones $900+ hearing aids $500 light bars
6 tablets KitchenAid mixers $500 hair dryer sets
2 gaming laptops 100% cotton linens light fixtures
2 dozen plus sets of speakers ceiling fans flooring
sewing machines comforter sets sheets heated blankets
heated jackets, gloves waders Nike shoes car stereos
tools
all kinds of items well over $50 and that's just what I know about. .
WE don't pull items out of the bins on cheaper days and put them on the shelves either. I haven't heard that one on ours, but I have heard it about other bins store doing it.
