*All orders require a 50% deposit up front to cover the cost of lumber and materials, and to hold your spot. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE!!!! Turn around time is between 2-3 weeks right now. WE DO DELIVER, free for local deliveries, small fee for deliveries 45 mins+ out of our way. Once your deposit is paid, NO changes may be made to your order UNLESS it's an addition.*
