I would love the opportunity to customize a restoration piece that will bring joy to your space! Creating art and working with my hands have always been sources of joy and fulfillment in my life. For more than thirty years, I have been fortunate to incorporate my creativity into my profession as a hairstylist and in 2004 opened Lee-Nannette’s hair salon in Annapolis. A few years ago, however, I di

scovered my true passion—painting furniture! As I began taking unused, unwanted, and worn pieces of furniture and transforming them into pieces of art, I was able to experiment with a variety of techniques, textures, paints, and materials. Over the years, I have restored every piece of furniture I could get my hands on allowing me to hone my craft and enhance my artistic ability. I am devoted to maintaining the integrity of each piece by investing time and energy into the details and ensuring that the original wood is enhanced, never compromised. While I incorporate a broad selection of products into my work, Dixie Belle is my go-to for paint! I also work with Annie Sloan, General Finishes, Sherwin Williams, and Retique It as well as texture and patina to breathe new life into furniture that may otherwise be discarded. I would love the opportunity to customize a restoration piece that will bring beauty, style and joy to your home or office! COORDINATOR/ASSISTANT WANTED

Lee Nannette’s of Annapolis is looking for a friendly, dependable Salon Coordinator to join our team!

About the Position:
We are seeking a motivated and upbeat person for our boutique hair salon in Annapolis. Responsibilities include:
• Greeting clients and creating a welcoming experience
• Shampooing clients
• Scheduling appointments and answering phones
• Assisting with front desk operations
• Keeping the salon clean, organized, and sanitary
• Helping ensure our clients feel pampered and well cared for
Customer service skills and a positive attitude are very important. Salon experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
This is a great opportunity for a cosmetology student or someone interested in starting a career in the beauty industry.
Competitive pay plus tips and employee discounts included.

Hours:
Wednesday & Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM

About the Salon:
Lee Nannette’s was established in 2004 and moved to our West Street location in 2007. We are a small boutique salon with three stylists, two shampoo bowls, and a wonderful loyal clientele. We pride ourselves on maintaining a warm, relaxed, neighborhood atmosphere for both our clients and staff.
