One year ago, I decided to start my weight loss and fitness journey. With the guidance from friends and family I was able to stay strong and on track! It wasn’t easy, and there were days I wanted to quit, but I chose consistency, discipline, and self-love. One year ago I was unable to move without pain. I promised an old friend I would tell my story. The pain was so strong I was unable to do the typical everyday day tasks without pain. Through hard work, dedication, and showing up even when I didn’t feel like it, I’ve become stronger, physically and mentally. This journey has taught me patience, resilience, and that real change doesn’t happen overnight. There were many mornings I would rather stay in bed,but I knew I would be letting myself down. I showed up, even if I half ass the work out! But my first goal was to build consistency. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and this is just the beginning. Thanks to and our gym family for all the encouragement!
