What you can expect when you buy from us:
• An exact day & time for delivery (no 4-6 hour window)
• In most cases you’ll have your product in a week, sometimes in less than a week (and this includes furniture)
• Your furniture will be assembled with care and done correctly the first time
• In the rare case that something is damaged, we take care of it immediately
• One-on-one personal attention with honest recommendations (If we don’t have it on display, we can show you many other options. We’ve seen it, we’ve touched it, we’ve assembled it, and we know how it’s made. We will tell you like it is, good, bad, or otherwise.)
• In the rare case you have a warranty issue, WE will take care of it (no ducking or dodging on our end – we handle it head-on)
