This is the bottom part of the large armoire I made into a reading nook. It has two very large drawers, super high quality that glide easily. It’s got a lot of depth and would be lovely as a window seat or a dresser/tv stand. The original brand is Forbidden City. This is listed in marketplace

This has been the funnest flip/upcycle. I wanted to make a secret reading nook hideaway for any kid or teen. Its aesthetic is gender nuetral. The gold dear head can hold a phone or a tablet as well. There’s two cubbies above to store books or treasures. I added a drop down ceiling with LED lights and remote. There’s an adjustable reading light that’s magnetic and can be angled in any direction or can be pulled off and placed elsewhere. It also can be any color light. It’s got a 4” memory foam cushion with alligator skin vinyl. And there’s is a place for sliding locks on the inside doors that prevent someone from opening the doors from the outside (I will only put them on by request as younger children might lock themselves inside) it’s been fun to make something different and unique. Lots of before and afters. This secret reading nook is listed on marketplace for sale.

This storage ottoman was a fun flip! I love this upholstery fabric but it’s like 60$ a yard. Thanks to Joann’s bankruptcy sale I got it for a steal. I made a beautiful wood table top that can be stored inside the ottoman when not using it for a hard table surface for drinks etc.

I haven’t been posting projects I have completed in forever so I’m going to start again and be better about logging in. I’ll upload a bunch of current projects and some before, during, and afters of different projects from the last couple years. I want to be able to send buyers to this page to see loads more pictures or video of pieces they are interested in than what I can upload on marketplace because there’s a limit. Or for people who have a piece of furniture they want flipped or refurbished. Hopefully I can be consistent with this page because I hate Facebook lol but with marketplace it’s one of my easiest sales platforms because I don’t have to ship anything, but they don’t sale as fast as others. But slower is less stressful than shipping furniture. Always love constructive criticism and feedback so if anyone has any suggestions for me I don’t offend easily and would appreciate the feedback always! Hope everyone had a great Christmas!
