Happy New Year! ✨🪩

It’s been awhile, I know.. Life has been CRAZY busy the past 6 months, but in the best way!

Things have *somewhat, but not really..😂* slowed down, so I wanted to hop on because I know many have messaged me asking if I’m still doing furniture. And that’d be a YES! I do see the end in the near future though, so if you’re wanting any projects done, the sooner the better!

I also offer interior (and exterior when weather permits) painting as well and have done countless residential and a few commercial jobs. I’ve never advertised because I’m already busy enough, but I know people are always looking for a painter, whether it be a small or big project. So if you need a refresh in your home for the new year, send me a message and we can talk pricing!! ☺️

The video in the comments is of a job where I painted all of the interior walls, trim, and ceilings before the owners listed their house for sale! If you’re looking to sell your house, fresh paint will significantly increase the value of it! 😍😮‍💨

This absolutely GORGEOUS matte black dresser and mirror combo is up for grabs! 😍

This piece is pretty heavy, but don’t let that scare you because that just shows how good the bones are. The champagne bronze hardware compliments the matte black finish perfectly. With 13 drawers, a door and even a hidden compartment (shown in the third photo), this dresser has all the space you could need and more. All drawers have been cleaned and sealed with a wax coating. The mirrors are able to be removed for traveling.

This one was special for me ❤️‍🩹

My grandparents have wanted their dining table & chairs refurbished for well over a year. We kept pushing it off because my grandma didn’t know what she wanted done to it. Then it got put on the back burner while my grandpa’s health was declining and my grandma spent her days caring for him.

Fast forward to his last hospital visit at the beginning of February. He had a huge scare and we all thought it was the end, but we should’ve known better.. He’s literally Superman, of course he was going to become a medical miracle and be released to go home 2 days after the doctors suggested that we say our goodbyes.🤣 Our family of about 30 people spent a lot of the next few weeks sitting in their living room listening to him tell all kinds of stories (some were definitely not true), shared a lot of laughs, and just soaked it all in. Within days of him being home, my grandparent’s decided on what they wanted done to the table/chairs and I showed them some ideas of a faux wood look for the table top and the seats of the chairs. I worked as fast as I could to get the table done because I wanted to get it back to their house since they were having so many visitors at the time. Also, because I wanted my grandpa to see it and I knew time was ticking.

I’ll never forget the day when I got it done. I was wrapping it with plastic to be sure that it didn’t get damaged in the moving process when I heard my phone ding from a text. It was my dad, telling us that my grandpa passed peacefully a few minutes before.

He may not have gotten to see the finished product down here on Earth, but I know he got to see it from up above with the best view. ❤️

This piece was from the customer’s childhood and they wanted to modernize it. I took several decorative pieces off, filled lots of holes, stained the middle piece, painted the rest in a matte black and finished up with some brand new hardware. ✨

Being able to compare the before and after’s have to be one of the most rewarding parts of my job. Sadly, a lot of people would look at the ‘before’ product and see it as trash or too out-dated to use. But to my customers and I, we see the potential in all of the pieces that I’ve done. Amish-made Oak Toy Chest with a train engraved on the front 🥹

When I saw this in a thrift store, I stopped in my tracks because I KNEW that I was the one that was meant to find it. It had a painted train and the name “Sean” on the top of the lid. I immediately knew that it would clean up beautifully and I snatched it as fast as I could. I gave it a new life and now it’s ready for the next child..🤎🚂
