Today has been a beautiful day on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.! With over 70 attendees wrapping up their Congressional visits, we are officially at the end of the 2026 TESOL-NABE Advocacy Action Days.

💻 What technology-related issues are shaping the future of English language teaching? In 2025, International Association surveyed more than 1,800 ELT professionals worldwide to better understand the trends and challenges impacting our profession.

The results highlight concerns about many issues, including the overuse of AI tools, access to technology and digital literacy, funding for devices and software, online learner engagement, and the ethical use of AI and digital platforms.

By listening to ELT professionals across diverse contexts, TESOL is building a clearer picture of the technological changes influencing our profession and the needs of our global community.
