Not a fancy project, but one that needed to get done. Not every tile job is a full tear-out. Sometimes the real work is making a repair look like it was always there.

On this project, we patched new Summerville tile into an existing commercial floor and tied it into the original installation. Matching old quarry tile, base pieces, grout joints, and layout takes patience, but that’s what makes the difference between a quick patch and a clean professional repair.

The goal was simple: make the new tile blend with the old and keep the space back in service.
