We were able to make a $200.00 donation this month to Leader Dogs for the Blind, which is a non-profit organization supported by Lions Clubs around the globe to help provide mobility training and guide dogs to individuals who are blind or visually impaired. 🐶

We were able to donate $1,200 to the Akron Elementary Parent Support Group this month because of your generosity and support. This group does so many wonderful things for our local classrooms and youth, we can’t thank them enough!

The Akron Lions Club is proud to award three Kenny Bright Scholarships this year to Wesley Parker, Anna Sterk, and Elizabeth Love!

The awards were presented yesterday during the awards banquet by Lion Chris Herrell. Congratulations to these outstanding students on their hard work, dedication, and achievements. We are excited to support your future endeavors and can’t wait to see all you accomplish!
