We've had some long cold days in Pittsburgh lately. I ventured into my garage tonight to do a little work on my vanity. I managed to pull off some pretty raised stencils, shading and worked on my transfer. It's starting to shape up a bit... now if we could just lighten up on the cold weather a little please...😳

Tis the season!! This beauty has just been refinished in time for the holidays! It was painted in a beautiful barn red and glazed in black to give it a primitive farmhouse appeal. The wooden top was stripped and restained as well as the outsides of the drawers.

It has 3 dovetailed drawers. The bottom two are very deep and the top is a little smaller. The top drawer has a wooden holder for jewelry. New k***s were added and the drawers open and close perfectly. The mirror pictured at the end is for sale separately but compliments this piece beautifully!

You guys voted to keep this piece classic and I had to share my progress! 🙌 Piece by piece,... its all coming together. I replaced the worn wooden wheels today and got the original handles back on. Slowly but surely, I think it's turning out to be a beautiful piece. What do you think so far? 🤔
