Important Holiday Booking Information! Please read 😊

These are the weekends that the studio will be open for the Christmas season! We’ve already taken down dates for several photographers for their Santa dates. See the list below with what is reserved and what is still available at this moment. We are still taking Santa reservations. So if you need to be added to the list please message me.

If you are on the list already for Santa once we have the promo pics completed you will be required to pay half of the studio fee to hold your date. The other half will be due October 23rd.

Booking for Christmas setups will open July 1st. You will be required to pay half at booking and the balance is due October 23rd. This will allow you plenty of time to try and book your sessions before the balance is due. The 50% retainer fee is non-refundable.

Promo pics will be done around June 10th. The studio will be shut down for a few days so we can work on the setups and shoot the promos.

The setups will be $85 an hour. You will also have the option to rent all 3 setups for $160 per hour.

We are super excited for this holiday season in the new space!!

Help!! I need some input from everyone that has used the studio space or plan on using it for Christmas or Santa minis!

I’m wanting to have a family size sofa in the area we plan on having all of the Christmas trees. Would yall rather have a red sofa or a white sofa in that space? Keep in mind we will still have the small white settee that is in the studio now, that can also be used.

Photos in comments please help a girl out and like your favorite!! I’m on the struggle bus and overthinking everything😅

We want to take a minute to thank everyone that has booked the studio! We’ve booked 35+ photographers so far and most of those have used the studio multiple times. We’ve received some really good feedback. We look forward to what the remainder of the year brings!

If you’re needing the studio for Santa we are reserving those dates now. We’ve already taken 5 dates so far. It doesn’t seem like much but that’s pretty good for the studio being 5 months old. We have a feeling it’s going to be a busy holiday season and we can’t wait. We are shooting the promo pics for the Christmas sets on June 10th-11th. We will open up booking July 1st.

We’ve had a few people ask what the holiday setup rental fee will be. It’s going to be $85 an hour. Hopefully knowing the price in advance can help you plan your Santa bookings!

You can now book the greenhouse that is nicely decorated for the summertime! We have a few options for the month of June. I will include the link in the comments😊

Just a reminder that we also have a greenhouse we use for sessions occasionally. It’s currently setup for All American Summertime sessions! The greenhouse is located on our property in Adairsville. It’s about 2 miles off the exit.

We have a few photographers using it. If I add it to the booking link who would be interested in booking? It’s $65 an hour to rent the setup/greenhouse. The greenhouse is shaded from around 8a-12p and then 6:30p-8:30p. It’s a lot cooler in the morning and the lighting is perfect😊

Just a reminder we do plan on doing Christmas setups this year! I will be shooting the promo pics next month. I’ve had a few photographers reach out about booking for Santa sessions and that will not be a problem! Once I have the promo pics done I would suggest going ahead and booking your spot if you’re using a Santa. If you want to reserve it now that is completely fine also.

Setups:
-Christmas tree setup in front of the big windows. I just bought a bunch of the viral 9 foot trees for that space. It’s going to be gorgeous.

-Moody circus Christmas vibes! This one is going to be so good!!! I will post the AI photo in the comments.

-Christmas kitchen setup

The way it will work is 1/2 of the rental fee will be due up front(non-refundable). The other half will be due a month before the sessions start. This will give everyone enough time to see if they can book the sessions after the promo pics are released.

Dates will be from mid October to the end of November. We will have weekday and weekend dates.

We will have someone there to assist photographers that have the space rented and to make sure everyone stays on tract and the setups are straightened up in between rentals.

We added a mantle to the studio space! I think it gives it a more lifestyle feel. Now should I decorate it or leave it plain? What do you all think?
