We've made some changes to the original floorplan of our current project to make it live like a modern home. The dining room and the breakfast room are gone, but the house gained a fourth bedroom and went from 1 full bath to 2 full baths plus a half bath for guests. The public area is across the front of the house, and we retained the side door on the bedroom next to the primary bedroom - this room doubles as a home office with its own access or a fourth bedroom.
