吃過大潭魚池的朋友，對大潭魚池的魚都讚不絕口。我感覺要養好吃的魚並不難，只可惜因為魚價長年的低迷，造成養殖業者沒有能力去花很重的成本去餵養。現在再市面上要買到優質的台灣鯛，確實是鳳毛麟角，少之又少。惡性循環的結果，國人對臺灣鯛印像不佳，而花了大把精神及成本的業者根本無正常利潤可言，一旦碰上天災人禍，肯定造成無法彌補的巨大虧損。要改變現狀，似乎要走上一段艱辛的路。
