1964年▶創辦人陳金水先生以手工雕刻藝品起家，成立精美雕刻工藝社
1974年▶結合日資，從事唐木傢俱製造，外銷日本市場，成立耀崧唐木傢俱
1983年▶出口業務蒸蒸日上，成立耀崧實業股份有限公司
1999年▶第二代陳膺全先生正式接班，傳承家業並致力於創新設計
2000年▶推出一系列藝術手工傢俱，深獲各界肯定
2006年▶自創品牌 " CHEN CASA "
2007年▶公司正式更名為 耀淞實業股份有限公司
