Design can carry memory without belonging to the past.

Inspired by the atmosphere of ancient Babylon, the Babylon Coffee Table translates architectural references into a contemporary composition of form, material and detail. Its layered geometry recalls monumental terraces, while refined accents bring depth to its sculptural presence.

At QZENS, every piece begins with this dialogue: between heritage and the present, function and expression, material and space.

Antik Babil’in büyüleyici atmosferinden ilham alan Babylon Sehpa; mimari referansları form, malzeme ve detaylardan oluşan çağdaş bir kompozisyona dönüştürüyor. Katmanlı geometrisi anıtsal terasları çağrıştırırken, incelikli detayları heykelsi duruşuna derinlik katıyor.

First, the silhouette.
Then, the material reveals itself.

In its vertical form, Thorn rises through the space like a sculptural structure, branching, reflecting and transforming as light moves across its surface.

From monochrome to copper, the piece shifts from pure form to material presence.

Luxury does not need to announce itself.

It can exist in the distance between two surfaces, in the weight of a material, in proportion, restraint and the quiet relationship between every element in a space.

For QZENS, luxury is not excess.
It is knowing when everything is exactly enough.

Its modular surface allows individual sections to take on different finishes, bringing color, material and texture together within the same composition.

Dark and monochromatic.

Contrasting or unexpectedly mixed.

Change one piece and the balance shifts. Change another and a completely new Patchwork begins to emerge.

Not customization added after the design, customization built into the design itself.

The whole is defined by the spaces in between.

Up close, Patchwork reveals its architecture.

Individual surfaces meet without disappearing into one another. Curved edges soften the geometry, precise junctions create rhythm, and the dark metal structure beneath gives the composition its visual balance.

Every angle reveals a different relationship between line, material and proportion.

Bütünü, parçalar kadar aralarındaki boşluklar da tanımlar.

Patchwork’e yaklaştıkça tasarımın mimarisi ortaya çıkıyor.

Birbirinden bağımsız yüzeyler kimliklerini kaybetmeden bir araya geliyor. Yuvarlatılmış köşeler geometrinin sertliğini dengelerken, hassas birleşimler ritmi; koyu metal taşıyıcı yapı ise kompozisyonun görsel dengesini oluşturuyor.

What if a table was designed not as one surface, but as a composition?

Patchwork breaks the conventional tabletop into a rhythm of individual forms. Defined by parametric geometry and brought together through a modular system, each piece contributes to a larger, unified expression.

The result is a table that feels less static, more architectural, shifting between object, surface and composition depending on how it is seen.

Patchwork, alışılmış masa tablasını birbirinden bağımsız formların oluşturduğu bir ritme dönüştürüyor. Parametrik geometriyle şekillenen ve modüler bir sistemle bir araya gelen her parça, daha büyük ve bütüncül bir ifadeye katkı sağlıyor.

Dark timber brings depth. Burl reveals a more expressive grain. Burgundy introduces a richer, more graphic presence. Combined with its refined metal detail and solid base, each finish shifts the way the same form is perceived.

Material and color are not the final layer of a design. They are part of its identity.

Galata, malzemeyle dönüşüyor.

Koyu ahşap derinlik katıyor. Kök kaplama daha güçlü ve özgün bir doku ortaya çıkarıyor. Bordo ise forma daha belirgin, grafik bir karakter kazandırıyor. İncelikli metal detayı ve güçlü tabanıyla birlikte her detay, aynı tasarımın algısını yeniden şekillendiriyor.

Form follows feeling.

At QZENS, form is never shaped by function alone. It begins with proportion, material, movement and the feeling an object brings into a space. Curves soften. Surfaces invite touch. Details reveal themselves gradually. Ripple is one expression of this approach where form moves beyond utility to create presence.

Because design is not only about how an object works. It is also about how it makes a space feel.

Form, hissi takip eder.

QZENS’te form yalnızca işlev tarafından şekillenmez. Oranla, malzemeyle, hareketle ve bir objenin mekâna kattığı hisle başlar. Kıvrımlar yumuşatır. Yüzeyler dokunmaya davet eder. Detaylar kendini zaman içinde gösterir. Ripple, bu yaklaşımın ifadelerinden biri; formun işlevin ötesine geçerek mekânda bir varlık kazandığı bir tasarım.
