Its wooden diagrid structure and traditional Bhutanese carvings definitely adds both aesthetic appeal and spiritual depth to the building. The use of natural light and expansive windows creates a spacious and serene atmosphere for travelers. This design seamlessly integrates craftsmanship and technology, preserving Bhutan’s architectural heritage for the future. The warmth and unique texture of wood establishes a distinct identity throughout the airport.

Gelephu Uluslararası Havalimanı’nın yeni tasarımı, sürdürülebilir malzemelerle inşa edilen modern ve kültürel bir yapı olarak öne çıkıyor. Ahşap diagrid yapısı ve geleneksel Bhutan oymaları, binaya hem estetik hem de ruhani bir derinlik katıyor. Doğal ışık kullanımı ve geniş pencereler, yolculara ferah ve huzurlu bir ortam sunuyor.
