🛎🛎 تطبيقة "بيكم ليكم" تسجل حضورها باليوم الدولي للديمقراطيّة 😍 JID : Journée internationale de la démocratie en Tunisie
تطبيقة "بيكم ليكم" هي تطبيقة تمكن من القيام بسبر لاراء المواطنين 🧔👩‍🦰ومن تقييم جودة الخدمات فقط من خلال الاجابة عن مجموعة من الاسئلة المرفوقة ببعض الاجوية المحتملة في ثواني قليلة. ⏰
هي الية من اليات الديمقراطيّة الالكترونية 💻 التي تستعمل التكنولوجيا الحديثة لتكريس مبدئ التشاركيّة في كلّ مراحلها من التخطيط الى المتابعة والتقييم مرورا بالتنفيذ.

تطبيقة 📲 "بيكم ليكم" بين ايديكم 🙌 ببلديّة جمّال 🏫
🎯 من اجل ان نجمع بين مميزات الديمقراطيّة التمثيليّة 🗳والديمقراطيّة المباشرة 🎙في ان واحد نطرح على ذمتكم تطبيقة "بيكم ليكم" كشكل من اشكال الديمقراطيّة الالكترونيّة 📧 التي تستخدم تقنيات الاتصال الحديثة في تكريس قيمة التشاركيّة كمبدأ اساسي من مبادئ الحوكمة الرشيدة ⚖️.
"بيكم ليكم" هي تطبيقة تمكن المجلس البلدي من عرض كل المسائل المحليّة المطروحة للنقاش 📢على ذمّة السكّان للاستئناس بارائهم عند صياغة القرارات وبلورة البرامج ✍️كما انها وسيلة لتقييم جودة الخدمات البلديّة 📊والتعرف على مستوى الرضاء العام تجاهها 🙂. ما على المستخدم سوى قراءة الاسئلة المطروحة 🔍واختيار الاجابات التي تعبر عنه بنقرة زرّ 👉 في بعض الثواني ⏳.
في انجاز جديد هاهي "بيكم وليكم" تحصد جائزة 🏆 المنظمة الدولية للحوكمة المحلية 💪

Merci 👏à la Jeune Chambre Internationale Jemmel de nous donner l’opportunité 🎯de présenter notre application "Bicom Licom" et de parler de notre start-up "Enquête SMART" dans le cadre de la semaine mondiale de l'entrepreneur.
C'était une journée inoubliable 👌avec des invités et des participants formidables.😍

C'était l'occasion 🎯de présenter les services de notre application 📱 "Bicom Licom" et de montrer comment ça devient facile la création de sondages 📊 personnalisés faciles à analyser.

Hello friends,

Let’s discover Bicom Licom! It is a Hack4Democracy national winner project in IFES Tunisia supported Hack4Democracy Camps 2017. Today, Bicom Licom is hosted by SMART Survey start-up.

Our startup SMART survey will be responsible for the management, analysis and maintenance of the web and mobile based application Bicom Licom that aims at testing the level of satisfaction of the citizens, customers in order to provide local authorities and people-in-charge with the most needed evaluation to their work and performance.

Bicom Licom will be soon launched in a press conference that will be held in Djammel during which the application will be tested and made available for public access for the very first time. As a first product, the application will be offered to the municipality of Djammel with a perspective of sharing it with a large number of municipalities. The press conference will gather the local authorities representatives of Djammel, media, and civil society organizations as well as our partners and the people who collaborated and helped us.

You are also invited to attend our celebration with the first product of SMART Survey and share with us the moments of pride launching Bicom Licom. All details will be announced and shared with you soon.

Special acknowledgement goes to every and each person who supported, helped and trusted our idea and our potential as a team and to IFES Tunisia for their continuous support.
