1)Marketing Communication Manager/พนักงานสื่อสารการตลาดและข้อมูลธุรกิจ
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• จัดทำรูปภาพประเภท Info graphic, artwork และอื่น ๆ สำหรับใช้กับงานสื่อสารการตลาดให้ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ของงานที่ได้รับ
• จัดทำข้อมูลสำหรับใช้กับสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ให้ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ของงานที่ได้รับ
• เฝ้าติดตามข้อมูลจากสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ของบริษัท เช่น website, LINE, Facebook เพื่อรายงานผู้บังคับบัญชา และรับข้อมูลเพื่อตอบกลับลูกค้าได้ถูกต้องในเวลาที่เหมาะสม
• ดูแลและปรับปรุงข้อมูลในสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ทั้งเนื้อหาและรูปภาพให้เป็นปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ
• สนับสนุนงานด้านการสื่อสารการตลาดและข้อมูลธุรกิจอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ศึกษา Marketing Trades / รู้สถานะคู่แข่งในตลาด
คุณสมบัติ:
• ชาย/หญิง อายุ 20-30 ปีขึ้นไป สัญชาติไทยเท่านั้น
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดีมาก
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ต้องมีประสบการณ์ อย่างน้อย1-2ปี
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects ได้
• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และกระตือรือร้น

เวลาทำงาน: 9:00 น. -17:30 น.

1) Marketing Communication Manager
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for designing multiple types of marketing graphic, information and artworks both Online & Offline media;
• Design and create Brochure, POP, Leaflet, Catalog and Banner in both Online & Offline media.
• Tracking information from company's online social media, such as website, line, Facebook to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain and update content and images of online social media.
• Support marketing research, organizing events & trade fairs, sponsorship, advertising campaign, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Thai Nationality only, male/female, age 20-30years old.
• Bachelors in Graphic Design, Applied Art or related fields.
• At least 1 years’ direct experience in creative, artwork, graphic design roles.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Good knowledge in Facebook, IINE, TIKTOK, and social media trend.
• Active, creative thinking, able to work independently and as part of a team, hard-working and initiative
• Good command of English is an advantage.
Working Location: Operating at GoldenHome Office, 1420/1 Pradit Manutham Rd, Khlong Chan, Bangkapi District, Bangkok 10240
Salary negotiable: 40 - 50 k Baht/Month
Employment Type: Full-Time

2) Regional Business Development Manager/ผู้ประสานงานโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการประสานงานโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ การจัดการดูแลงานระบบต่าง ๆ
• สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับสถาปนิกนักพัฒนาผู้รับเหมาทั่วไปบริษัทก่อสร้างและนักออกแบบเพื่อสร้างโอกาสในโครงการ
• ให้ความสำคัญกับการเปิดตัวแทนจำหน่ายโครงการในตลาดหลัก
• ประเมินความสามารถของผู้จัดจำหน่ายในปัจจุบันเพื่อจัดการและจัดการกับโครงการ
• บริการฝึกอบรมผู้จัดจําหน่ายในปัจจุบันเพื่อให้เข้าใจกระบวนการของโครงการ
• ระเบียบและขั้นตอนการประมูล
• การติดตั้งและการบริหารจัดการโครงการ

คุณสมบัติ:
· ชาย/หญิง อายุ 25-35 ปีขึ้นไป สัญชาติไทยเท่านั้น
· จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาเทคโลยีสารสนเทศหรือการจัดการ
· มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการและการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก
· มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม มีไหวพริบ และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
· มีทัศนคติที่พร้อมเปิดรับการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ และมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
· มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และละเอียดรอบคอบในการปฏิบัติงาน
· สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ และใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ขั้นพื้นฐานได้

• Develop relationships with Architects, Developers, General Contractors, Design-Build Firms, and Designers to generate project opportunities.
• Open Project Dealers in every major market by priority.
• Assess current Distributor capability to manage and handle projects.
• Train current distributor personnel on Project Process.
• Take off- Specifications & Bidding Process.
• Fulfillment / Logistics
• Acquisition Process / Installation / Project Management
Qualifications:
• Thai Nationality only, male/female, age 25-35years old.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 2 years’ experience of project development, in real estate agency, or developers, general contractors, Design-Build Firms, etc.
• Active, creative thinking, able to work independently and as part of a team, hard-working and initiative
• Skills of speaking English or Chinese is an advantage.

Working Location: Operating at GoldenHome Office, 1420/1 Pradit Manutham Rd, Khlong Chan, Bangkapi District, Bangkok 10240
Salary negotiable: 50 - 70 k Baht/Month
