This past Friday evening at Conrad Bangkok, everything sparkled, from the diamonds at the neck to the design standing centre stage.
Before the ballroom, the Royal Botania booth was the busiest photo spot of the night, with a view of Dusit Central Park's 6th floor as backdrop, Ostrea chairs, the Palma parasol, and fresh oysters from Paname: Seafood Bar served alongside, a nod to the Ostrea chair's oyster-shell design.
Centre stage, the Anamon, a Red Dot and iF Design Award winner, stood quietly as a light feature, until our CEO Francis Vanbellen took the stage and led a team of volunteers to open it for all to see. A first in Asia, the parasol unfurled like a sea anemone in bloom.
As Diamond Sponsor and Royal Botania's Thailand partner since 2002, SDesigns wasn't there to be remembered by name. Behind the scenes, Francis, Daniel, and the team worked shoulder to shoulder with BeLuThai to make this a night people would remember.
The highlight everyone talked about was a pair of Folia Rocking Chairs from Royal Botania, the night's grand Lucky Draw prize, with all proceeds going to charity, before DJ Sadia closed the evening and filled the floor with dancing.
A great night isn't measured by who stood at its centre, but by how long people keep talking about it after they've gone home.

กลางเวที ร่ม Anamon เจ้าของรางวัล Red Dot และ iF Design Award ตั้งนิ่งทำหน้าที่เป็นเสาไฟประดับ จนถึงช่วงพิธีการ คุณ Francis Vanbellen CEO ของเรา ขึ้นไปนำทีมอาสาสมัครกางร่มให้ทุกคนได้ดู ถือเป็นครั้งแรกในเอเชีย ร่มคลี่ตัวออกเหมือนดอกไม้ทะเลที่ค่อยๆ บาน
