Kaysorn Residence is superbly located on a small road just off Chang Phueak Road in Santitham area of Chiang Mai, just outside the walled city. Essentially a quiet, local Chiang Mai neighborhood, near many local attractions and a

menities including: Rajabhat University, Nimman Road area, Siri Wattana Market, and a short ride from the Chiang Mai
Our guesthouse is across Wat Chedi Plong with nice views overlooking one of the oldest Chedis in the area; this Chedi is known for its characteristics of having many Buddha statues around, and there are 3 similar ones in Chiang Mai - Chiang Rak temple and Chiang Yeun temple. Our Residence offers 2 large double rooms and 8 economy double rooms. All come equipped with Air-conditioning, private bathroom with hot-water shower, king size bed, TV, work desk, and wardrobe. Large Double Rooms have additional space to spread out in a separate eating area with dining table and chairs, a refrigerator, and water kettle. Future plans for all these rooms include a locally made pull-out sofa, and improved lightning. Starting in October we will be offering breakfast and weekly simple table d'hôte dinners, and, as these days people are more conscientious about where their food comes from, we will be sourcing most of our food from organic farmers. Also we are fortunate that nearby we have the weekly organic JJ Market, and our local market with selected vendors. Chedi Plong Monastery has offered us a parcel of unused land and we have plans to grow some of our own produce of course all naturally. We compost all our food waste and will collect food waste from neighboring restaurants; to improve the condition of the soil. To promote reduction of any plastics which is being used in our daily lives and when traveling, we've partnered with Trash Hero Thailand, a non-profit organization which organizes clean-ups and promotes the reduction of plastic by selling metal bottles and free water refills in local restaurants. There are at least 8 different Trash Hero chapters in Southern Thailand and another 3 in Indonesia; here in Chiang Mai along with Healthy B Cafe & Restaurant on Nimman Soi 5, and plans are to start our own chapter.

Visited Cloud 9 cafe and hotel Chiangmai..only 30 mins out of Chiang mai towm.

Quiet surrounding with nature and many plants, rice field. Delicious cakes drinks and coffee, good wifi for working, hiding and get away to town sometimes. I stayed till sunset..very nice and chill...

The owner/Khun ploy was very nice and kind. She is preparing her vegetarian/vegan menu to be ready soon, especially "Hamus" from Jackfruit seed. I am looking forward to try that! See you next time ka..

Proud to be part of event TEDx Chiangmai Feb 10, 2018 which "plastic free" theme to encourage people for awareness of trash. Visited by many people and organizations who have the same goal and would like to work with us.

Very sad to say good bye to the super film maker team. Time is fly, so fast that we were together for 1.5 month.

Baan Busakorn (formally Kaysorn Residence) is located on Tepparit road in Santitham area of Chiang Mai, just 0.5 km outside the walled city. Essentially a quiet, local Chiang Mai neighborhood, near many local attractions and amenities including: MAYA and Central Kad Suan Kaew shopping mall, Nimmanhemin Road area, Siri Wattana fresh Market, cafe, pub, bars, restaurants, TOPs supermarket, Tesco Lotus supermart, weekend organic market Etc.

My place offers 3 large double rooms with balconies. All come equipped with Air-conditioning, private bathroom (3rd floor) and share bathroom on 2nd floor with hot-water shower, king size bed, work desk, and wardrobe. Kitchen and living room are on 1st floor. You will feel like home. FREE WIFI and drinking water are provided.
