It has been brought to our attention recently that some users have been told about a major software upgrade to be done on their TOKIE device and that this upgrade can only be done on-site and in-person. We wish to state that there is NO SUCH upgrade planned; also, all upgrade to TOKIE software is done over-the-air, not in-person.

Please note that any unauthorized upgrade may result in poorer performance and even hardware degradation. Unauthorised upgrades on rented devices is also strictly prohibited.
