At DNDB, we have worked for the past few years at changing our clients' way of working for them to adopt an activity-based workplace.
It is for us the way to work as it allows flexibility in the space and it helps to attract & to keep talents and to be more creative & productive.
It is very interesting for us to see the latest studies that compare Home with Office working, based on the past few months' experience of Homeworking.
Today, we’ve all learned that we can be very efficient in working from both places.
Home is proven very good for all focus work when the office will always be the best for connecting with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
What we thought we will struggle the most with, like IT & connections, happen to be solved very fast and were not disruptive.
The problem mainly came from features like non-ergonomic chairs/desks & printers facilities.
So why will employees want to go back to the office and/or work from Home?
It is the best time to re-think your office space and it’s cost/value.
