Position Overview
As part of the Digital Acquisition Marketing team, you will join a team of channel specialists that create ad experiences that resonate with our customers throughout their purchase journey. The Display Advertising Marketing channel team is looking for a savvy digital marketer who will be instrumental in scaling up our program. In this role you will lead communication with internal stakeholders and vendors to execute successful paid media campaigns.
Responsibilities
End to end management of display campaigns including programmatic, digital direct, video, and mobile
Maintain day-to-day relationship with internal stakeholders during planning phase and throughout campaign:
Determine appropriate KPI and budget based on marketing and business objectives
Provide optimization opportunities and actionable insights on a monthly basis
Identify new testing opportunities (e.g., new ad formats, targeting capabilities, partners)
Manage day-to-day relationships with vendors:
Send RFP and review all proposals during planning period
Negotiate rates
Proactively monitor performance, pacing, and ad verification metrics
Enter and manage plans within Campaign Manager (includes creation of vendor IO) and update Trafficking Workbook in partnership with Ad Operations team
Collaborate with analytics resources to QA dashboards (Datorama, PowerBI) and create QBR reports
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3-4 years experience in digital media, preferably working with display, video, or mobile
Preferred Qualifications
Firm understanding of the display channel
Managing campaigns / bids in DSP Experience working within Campaign Manager
B2B experience preferred, ideally within an agency
Expertise in managing digital budgets
Experience working within Campaign Manager
Highly organized; ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
