Levine Center for Education and the Research I Building, connected and designed as an ecosystem for knowledge exchange and innovation in the health sciences. Inside, Parklex Prodemaโ€™s wood solutions bring warmth, comfort, and a human dimension to highly technological environments, reinforcing the connection between architecture, well-being, and learning. Located in the Joshua Tree desert, Canyon View is a family retreat designed by Brunner Architecture, inspired by the ownersโ€™ deep connection to this landscape, which they have visited for decades. Conceived as a place for gathering, calm, and reflection, the home integrates naturally into its spectacular site, positioned at the edge of the park with sweeping views of the Mojave Desert to the north and direct access to a rocky hillside to the south.

The approximately 2,000-square-foot residence is designed to offer multiple ways to experience the surroundings through both public and private spaces that open toward the landscape. The architecture establishes a continuous dialogue between interior and exterior, where materiality plays a key role in strengthening this connection.

The natural wood used on the main faรงade extends into the living room, creating a visual link that reveals the warmth of the interior from the outside while allowing the interior to open outward to the landscape. This envelope incorporates Parklex Prodema natural wood panels, engineered to withstand the desertโ€™s extreme weather conditions. The exposed fasteners are integrated as a compositional feature that reinforces the architectural character of the project.

The result is a home that combines durability, natural beauty, and comfort, offering a retreat where architecture and landscape merge to create a serene and timeless experience.

The renovation of Atrium Lumiรจre, located in the iconic Immeuble Lumiรจre in Bercy (Paris), aims to transform a former corporate lobby into a vibrant contemporary meeting space. Designed by RAAM Architecture, the project reinterprets a large 1990s atrium, originally characterized by polished granite surfaces and metal walkways, which had become outdated.

The intervention reshapes this monumental 6,000 mยฒ space into an open, accessible and multifunctional hub, accommodating work, dining, events and cultural activities. The spatial reorganization encourages interaction, turning circulation into experience and the building into a social ecosystem.

A warm and sustainable architectural language replaces the former cold aesthetic. Natural materials, especially wood, play a key role across flooring, cladding and furniture, creating welcoming areas for work and relaxation. Within this concept, Parklex Prodema wood solutions provide high-performance technical solutions with strong aesthetic value.

The Sessions by the Bay project, designed by Heleo in National City, California, and completed in 2025, transforms a former abandoned college campus into San Diego Countyโ€™s first legal cannabis consumption lounge and a new community gathering space. The architectural intervention is based on the idea of creating a skin that simultaneously conceals and reveals, symbolizing the buildingโ€™s transition into a place of connection and wellness. The perforated Parklex Prodema wood panel, inspired by the curves of the nearby estuary, generates a dynamic pattern that creates an ever-changing play of light and shadow, giving the building a distinctive identity while improving its energy performance by acting as a solar barrier. The project focuses on reusing the existing building, reducing its carbon footprint and contributing to the urban regeneration of the area, becoming an example of sustainable, social and contemporary architecture.

Lunch +39 is a system for extracting a 70cm long peninsula table from a standard drawer compartment, to give more functionality even to spaces of limited dimensions. In its +39 version, Lunch can be installed in furniture with a minimum depth of 39 cm, present in different environments (living room, bedroom, bedroom, office, etc.). There are no supporting legs, which allows free access to seat around the table, making it a perfect solution also for environments frequented by with people with special physical needs. The system is made with the exclusive Atim aluminum guides, recognized for their sturdiness and ease of use.
