As workplaces evolve, furniture needs to adapt with them.

Bench is designed for flexibility over time – allowing workstations to be extended, reconfigured or separated into individual desks as organisations grow and change. Built from a system of carefully designed elements, it can be configured to support different ways of working today while remaining relevant tomorrow.

The workplaces of the future begin with responsible design.

Today we want to highlight the importance of climate action – and how conscious choices can make a difference over time. At EFG, sustainability is at the core of everything we do, from reducing the climate impact of our products throughout their lifecycle to strengthening sustainability across our supply chain.

Circularity is a cornerstone of our design philosophy. We create products with a layer-by-layer construction where components can be separated, repaired or replaced – extending their lifespan. We’re also introducing EPDs (Environmental Product Declaration) across our entire product range and preparing for future initiatives such as DPP (Digital Product Passport) – helping create greater transparency and more informed choices.

Playful tones with personality.

Colour has a strong impact on how a space feels. Expressive colours can add energy, shape the atmosphere and make workplace environments feel more vibrant and welcoming.

Playful combinations such as yellow, orange, pink and green bring variation and character, while also creating a more relaxed and human expression. Even smaller accents in furniture or interior details can shift the mood of a room.

Colouring for focus – where balance meets soft contrast.

Colour can be used to shape environments that support concentration. By combining muted, nature-inspired tones with subtle contrasts, you can create spaces for focus that feel calm – without becoming too minimal.

Green tones bring a sense of balance and recovery, while deeper hues such as burgundy and brown add depth without overwhelming the space. In combination with cooler blues or light neutrals, a natural dynamic emerges that supports focus over time.
