For this tranquil three-building retreat at the Atlantic Club Comporta, Alaire Living collaborated with NYC-based interior architect Nadine Homann ( NH Design Studios ) to bring East Hampton sophistication to the Portuguese landscape, creating a summer sanctuary for its owners who fell in love with Comporta.

Designed around the family’s seasonal lifestyle, the estate spans three distinct spaces, each with its own purpose and character:

• The Main House: Focused on comfort and flow, pairing statement pieces from Gervasoni and Roche Bobois with custom woodwork. Indoor-outdoor continuity is achieved with a Roda sofa, Gervasoni dining table, and B&B Italia seating, where vibrant accent colors contrast against neutral pine-green surrounds. Out by the pool: Tribù loungers, Cane-line tables, and Jardinico shades.

• The Pool House: A relaxed entertaining hub blending raw concrete with classic pieces from Ethnicraft and Sika Design for a refined Mediterranean touch. Above, the rooftop terrace is set around an EcoSmart ethanol fireplace and a masonry bench with custom upholstery for late-afternoon gatherings.

• The Guest House: Converted into a private, masculine office sanctuary for the owner. Outside, Dedon armchairs, Gloster tables, and a Garden Art daybed complete the quiet hideaway.

We are immensely proud to unveil our collaboration in the new expansion of Sublime Comporta. Alaire has proudly accompanied the growth of this unique project in Portugal from its very first phase, and entering this new chapter of 43 exclusive villas is the perfect milestone to introduce our new service: Alaire Bespoke Spaces.

Deeply valuing these enduring relationships, we thank Sublime for the opportunity to maintain this close connection over so many years. To bring this grand vision to life, we worked closely with the extraordinary professionals behind the project:
