A Salma Furniture, empresa dedicada à exportação de mobiliário, procura um(a) Gestor(a) Administrativo(a) para integrar a sua equipa.

Principais Funções:
Gestão de emails; Contato com fornecedores e clientes internacionais; Elaboração e Gestão de pedidos de orçamento e encomendas a fornecedores; Gestão e acompanhamento de encomendas; Coordenação de exportações e logística.

Requisitos:
Experiência administrativa; Experiência em gestão de encomendas e logística; Inglês fluente (falado e escrito) – obrigatório; Conhecimentos de Microsoft Office. Elevada capacidade de organização e gestão de prioridades; Sentido de responsabilidade, autonomia e proatividade; Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
