Inspired by architecture as both shelter and art, the Domus Liqueur Cabinet evokes the notion of home not merely as a physical space, but as a place of permanence, memory, and celebration. Its name, derived from the Latin for “home”, echoes the architectural language of Wilcle Nunes, whose work values a balance between brutalism and material delicacy.

Carved from fine Brazilian hardwood, the Domus is a sculptural piece that unites strength and sensitivity. Its surface is adorned with diagonal-pattern marquetry — a tribute to geometric rationality — while the vertical brushed brass handles introduce a modern, austere gesture, adding understated elegance.

The base, hand-turned with almost liturgical precision, honours the heritage of classical furniture while offering visual lightness and structural solidity. Every detail of the Domus has been meticulously crafted by our cabinetmakers.

The warm, earthy palette — subtly shifting with the light — recalls the natural variation of architectural materials over time. Designed to withstand both daily use and rare celebrations, the Domus embraces the ritual of sharing with presence and nobility.
