Hi everyone again .🥰..sorry, been a long while since the last post ...time's flying by so fast.Here's a selection of recent projects, keeping busy between work & gardening, a lovely balance.Working from home is the best !
We still have a selection of sofas & chairs ready to have new fabric chosen, & are ready if you'd like a favourite piece reupholstered.Can give a quote from photos, so feel free to message me and I can also supply pretty much any fabric now to save you hunting around.
We have the new collection from Aldeco.pt coming in very soon, and the full range of 'Sunbrella' outdoor fabrics that I shall display on another post with furthur pictures of ourdoor seating if you feel the need for new zip on covers for your Summer furniture.

Hi everyone, We have a great range of quality Handmade gifts available in the shop at the moment, why not buy a few to always have a little gift available at short notice?.Postage is €1.50 across the board no matter how much you order, just drop me a message if you fancy anything.
Followed by a few pictures of recent upholstery works.We have plenty of sofas, Lots of individual armchairs and a couple of chaise sofas in stock waiting to be reupholstered, all you need to do is choose the colour/texture from our huge range of quality fabrics for a very realistically priced piece of new furniture.

We'd like to wish everyone a Very Happy Christmas, Settling in nicely to the new workshop and all fresh & ready to take on another year. Abrimos 6 dia Dezembro .Todos são bem-vindos..🥳..Only one more day to go in the Montemor-o-velho shop, then a very busy weekend setting up the new showroom/ workshop with tons of new furniture, Handmade gifts & crystals .Back to work Monday in my new surroundings, we definately saved the best till last !.We're having an open day on Saturday, 6th December, (10.00h~ 16.00h) all welcome to come & enjoy a glass of Port or mulled wine, & snacks & have a look at the new premises. There's plenty of parking too .. Me & Steve look forward to welcoming you.

As a lot of my customers know by now I've been dividing my time since moving to Maiorca (only 5km towards Figueira da Foz ) because of the potential of having a bigger workshop & showroom . Well it's now happening at a pace & Steve is flat out getting it perfect ready for moving the business at the end of November,so I've included a few pictures to let you know the starting block.It's much bigger so there will be a showroom with a diverse selection of affordable reconditioned furniture always on display( & another full stockroom too, out of sight!) Also the handmade gifts & bags & a display area of eclectic items for sale, so hopefully something for everyone. While all this is happening at home the shop in Montemor has been as busy as ever, for which I'm very grateful. Our aim is to help customers recycle as much as they can, be it chairs,sofas, dining chairs, headboards etc, & not have to buy twice & also save some money.With our expertise (43 yrs+) & massive range of top quality fabrics & foam available & soon the space to display everything we are moving into exciting times.Huge thanks to Steve & his hard work to make this happen & Thanks everyone for your continued support. x

Been ages since my last post, FB reminded me to wise up!🤣, thanks FB !
Keeping busy in the workshop in Montemor - o - velho & also planning the next big phase, if anyone knows us they'll know we love a challenge ! Things will be revealed over the coming weeks.
Anyway, as usual here's a selection of recent works, been very busy on smaller jobs too, especially the clothes alterations and mending.Nice to slow down occassionally .There are also some new handmade items available, (prices in the photos), with free postage, just leave me a comment & I'll message for your details ..back onto big work next week, shop full of huge sofas & chairs waiting for some tlc, hope it cools down a little !

Springtime!! time for some new "Cosmos" handmade rucksacks, made entirely from new fabric scraps from the upholstery side.Fully lined, with a pocket for phone & money & plenty big enough for shopping or the beach .
Each one is unique and €25, including postage in Portgal.
