Some forms are so resolved that they ask to be taken further. The 200-190 chair, designed by Rajmund Teofil Hałas in the 1960s, is one of them – a curved backrest so distinctive it became a signature of Polish mid-century design.
For decades, it lived as a single chair. But a form this balanced doesn't belong to one room. Working from Hałas's original drawings, we expanded the 200-190 into a full series – and gave it a place it never had: the bar counter. The 200-190 Bar Stool carries the same proportions, the same silhouette, lifted to a new height.
From dining rooms to kitchens, from homes to cafés. One line, drawn in the 1960s, still unfolding.
